Aircraft Refuelling Control Panels, associated control stations and Pump isolators
Scope of works
The design, manufacturing, testing and certification of a Zone 1 rated control system for the control and operation of an Aircraft Refuelling System.
- Two number Ex d control panel containing all conrol equipment including :-
- Dry run protection of the two Fuel pumps
- Delivery pump over pressure monitoring
- Delivery and Transfer pumps protection - over temperature and over current
- Earth bonding monitoring for aircraft refuelling
- The system design allowed for two modes of operation, Local Hand control or Remote control from the clients SCADA system
- Supply of two Ex de Pump isolators
- Supply of two Ex de Control Stations
- Supply of Certified cable glands
- Designed documentation supplied as part of the contract - electrical schematic diagrams, terminal block arrangements, inter-connecting cable drawings, cable schedule, control philosophy and Zone 1 certification
- Fully simulated client FAT
