Apprenticeships

What is an Apprenticeship?

An Apprenticeship is a paid job where the employee learns and gains valuable experiences. There are different levels to an Apprenticeship:

"We feel that apprentices are a key part of our business, and we are happy to be able to offer our support to them. There are so many varied opportunities that we can provide to our apprentices such as Engineering, Design, Manufacturing and office administration. The great thing about being an apprentice is that they get paid to work while getting professional qualifications. Our apprenticeship scheme is for any age.".

As an apprentice you are entitled to 20% off the job training. This works out as one day a week where you are able to undertake self-paced study or could include going to the training provider for lessons. You will also be paid for this by the employer. An apprenticeship is for any age and career role (subject to availability).

There are various types of delivering an apprenticeship such as one day attendance per week at college or University or completion online.

You will be required to complete a Math and English basic test before becoming enrolled on your Apprenticeship. Once successfully enrolled you will complete your qualification with your selected training provider.
